My family had their EB-3 visa interview in December 2021, and they took our passports and said everything was ok. Since then the case status was READY. We tried to reach out to the embassy but no answer.

On March 13, 2022 only the main applicant's status changed to Administrative Processing. Any idea's about what is going on?

All visa applicants go through some sort of Administrative Processing. This may take days and sometimes months. Middle East and North Africa MENA countries may take a lot longer.
