Sounds good.  Relax.  If by "plane tickets" you mean boarding passes with dates and destination, that's actual evidence of travel.  Itineraries are not evidence of travel, but can help a person understand the hard/primary evidence from passport stamps and boarding passes.

If you made one 5 day visit during which you got married, I would be giving you a completely different answer.  That's why I asked those questions.

Awesome sounds good. I was only able to upload actual pictures of my return boarding passes. I had to use my passport entries for my flights there because it would not let me upload screenshots. I submitted my i-130 and got the actively review notice mid September. My husband lives in the Dominican Republic. So hopefully we will get our approval by the summer

OK, but a screen shot can be converted to jpg, which they DO allow.  No problem.  You have it covered.

How do I convert it to jpg? And also I believe I have submitted about 25 pictures of us from before our wedding, our wedding and after it. Is that sufficient?

Depends on whether it's a phone screen shot or a computer screen.  These functions are pretty limited on phones.  On a PC, you right click the file and chose save as then chose .jpg.  You can also paste the screen shot into a PDF.

Do I need to go ahead and submit pictures of the gifts we both have received from each other and the money I have sent or is all the pictures and boarding passes enough for now unless they ask for more evidence?

Gifts sent and received, and money sent to the foreign spouse are not good evidence of a bona fide relationship.  In fact, they could be viewed as the opposite for some countries.  The best evidence is of time spent together (original boarding passes, passport stamps, hotel receipts), and any financial co-mingling documents (joint credit card, beneficiary on retirement accounts, health insurance, life insurance, IRS tax return transcripts showing married filing jointly, and other legal documents such as power of attorney, will, living will).  You can also upload additional evidence showing more visits and financial co-mingling at the NVC stage, after petition approval in about a year.  Good luck!

Hello. I had a question about getting a second opinion from another lawyer. My lawyer told me that I did not have to submit evidence of my marriage with the I-130 until my husbands interview. After speaking with a few of you on here I went ahead and added my evidence to my case on my online portal. I’m not sure as to why she told me that since that would help my case and is very important. My question is should I seek to talk with another lawyer to get a second opinion on how they will do things or stick it out with my lawyer.

p.s.

my lawyer has been very good with me, responding to every email I have ever sent and trying to keep me relaxed.

I know of at least one I-130 that was approved with no additional evidence (only the marriage certificate). They are still at NVC stage so do not know how it will end.

Photos of gifts.  Think "evidence".  Photos of gifts are not evidence of anything.  Could be from Christmas or Birthday years ago for somebody else.

Hello. I have already filed my I-130 and I did not submit any pictures, or proof of marriage other than the required documents. My lawyer said I would not need to show my pictures, and other proof of marriage until my husband has his actual interview. Is this correct?

I am dominican and believe me , it is better send all evidence together with the application, a friend of mine got the same advise that you got from her lawyer and all she got from uscis was a denial letter because they didnt send nothing just marriage certificate. That case was 2019.
so upload all you can to your account. And read and ask in this forum , you dont need a lawyer , you can do yourself. I did my process from k1 myself on 2017 , adjusment of status and on april i am ready to apply for citezenship base on 3 years being resident.

i got my resident on 2019, i applied in april 2018 but was pending at uscis for one year so my 3 years as resident will be in July 24, but i can apply for citezenship 90 days before of the 3 years as resident. Good luck

My I-130 is actively being reviewed as of Sept 22 2021. I did not know I needed to send all my evidence in because I was going off of what my lawyer told me. So I just sent all my evidence in yesterday. I know it has been 6 months since I submitted my petition of me submitting evidence but I would rather do it now then wait until later for a denial or RFE. So my evidence is uploaded to my case online and all I can do is wait now
