Hello. I have already filed my I-130 and I did not submit any pictures, or proof of marriage other than the required documents. My lawyer said I would not need to show my pictures, and other proof of marriage until my husband has his actual interview. Is this correct?

There really is no reason to contrive evidence.  Concentrate on evidence of time spent together in person.  Neither USCIS or Consular Officers expect joint bank accounts for couples who haven't lived in the same country yet.

You are seeing a list of possible types of evidence.  Read what comes before the list carefully, and you will see the words "In addition to the required..." , "should" and "one or more...."

In long distance relationships, most evidence is from "other".

My lawyer said that I will need only to present proof of our marriage at my husbands interview. We already submitted our marriage certificate with the I-130? Is what she said correct?

We did the opposite of what your lawyer said. We sent any of comingling proofs + pictures that we have to show that the marriage is bonafide

if you aren’t in USA right now and doesn’t have many cohabition docs, you can use other things for example boarding pass (ticket) to visit each other, chats, etc

in my opinion is better to submit what you have now then later, to avoid RFE

Front loading the application is a good tactic and makes it easier to get the I-130 approved.

If you filed online, I would suggest to go ahead and upload any proof of a bona fide relationship you have

This sounds like really bad advice coming from an immigration lawyer. Front loading with as much evidence as possible (during the submittal of initial petition) is the norm and best practice.

I agree. I went ahead and logged in to my case online and submitted what I have to prove evidence of my marriage other than my marriage certificate. Do you think that will be good?

No, and anybody who reads the actual I-130 instructions would know that.  Also anybody familiar with the actual process, would know that a Consular Officer is not required to consider any relationship evidence submitted at the interview.  Sometimes they don't even accept it, much less consider it.  Other times they do.

If the foreign spouse is coming from a low fraud country and the couple has spent significant time together in person, just a marriage certificate can work.  It's all circumstantial.  Your lawyer knows your circumstances, surely.  Whether they know the process is an unanswered question.

I went ahead and signed in online to my case and uploaded pictures of us and our wedding pictures. I also uploaded my passport entries and plane tickets. Just to be on the safe side. How much evidence(pictures of us) should I upload? I do not want to over do it

If you provided evidence of HOW MUCH time you spent together in person, and some photos, that may well be enough.  Again, it depends on your actual circumstances.  How many visits?  How long?  How many total days together in person?

How much time we spent together is what I assume they will gather from my passport entries. And photos. Do I need to upload receipts of money sent to him and receipts if we booked a hotel or anything like that?

I don't know.  I...WILL... have an idea if you answer the three questions in my last post.  These things are based on actual circumstances.

I have visited 4 times since October 2020. The first time, 8 days. Second time, 11 days. Third time, 12 days (we got married during this time) and the last time 11 days. We spent every day together in person of a total of 42 days together in person

And the only evidence I can give are our photos together, with his family, our wedding, my plane tickets. Text or call log. Gifts we have sent each other. They won’t let me add his name to my bank account that I use since he does not have a SSN. Or I would do that

Sounds good.  Relax.  If by "plane tickets" you mean boarding passes with dates and destination, that's actual evidence of travel.  Itineraries are not evidence of travel, but can help a person understand the hard/primary evidence from passport stamps and boarding passes.

If you made one 5 day visit during which you got married, I would be giving you a completely different answer.  That's why I asked those questions.
