Correct me If I am wrong but according to my understanding, Applicant at NVC refers to the beneficiary and not the petitioner.

AOS is for the petitioner to submit the income requirements  I 864

ds 260 is what the bene fills out

so both

I'm at the NVC stage of uploading the documents. I have uploaded following documents so far:

1. Passport Biographic Page

2. Passport Picture under 'Photographs'

3. Birth Certificate

4. Marriage Certificate issued by NADRA

5. National Identity Card under 'Other Documents'

For police certificate I clicked on Not Available option and left a comment that it is not required for Pakistani Applicants. Is it ok?

My question is what other additional documents do i need to upload other than the above? Please guide if I am missing on any. Do I have to upload the divorce certificate of the petitioner? I'm the beneficiary btw its my first and the only marriage.

Don’t forget to upload all marriage certificate in one pdf nikkah narma urdu and translation marriage certificate

also still apply for police certificate so you have not much trouble for the beneficiary. I uploaded one for my wife

yeah let me know if need any help I didn’t uploaded 2021 tax return but I will have to take it to interview time since it will happen next year for us.

What is your consulate? Also the official website of NVC does not state that these documents be provided for the petitioner. So i am confused why people are uploading it when its not required,

Who is the petitioner t)he wife or husband ? If you do not mind me asking. Cause I’m the petition (husband) and wife is beneficiary she is in Pakista9wifen.

I'm the beneficiary (wife). I did not make a police certificate though since its not required. Usually male applicants get stuck in AP in Pakistan.
