Honestly don't see how you'll get an expedite approval based on this. Maybe, seek asylum instead. Nonetheless, you can try. Note that you'll have to seek expedite 3 different times. At USCIS, NVC, and USEM.

Yeah US isn't letting you in without a covid vaccine, lol. From the countries that aren't complete third world you could go squat in front of the Russian embassy and see if they give you asylum.
