NVC case shipped (In Transit)

Hello VJ ers . Please my case just got shipped and in transit. At what point can i fill the DS160 form? Can i fill it now or i’m gonna have to wait for another notice

u need to wait for the NVC notice giving u the case # as this is only from USCIS to NVC

your case # will start with LGS2021 for embassy and the year ,  then the day of the year and number of apps for nigeria

No, actually this is the letter sent when the petition is sent from NVC to the Consulate, I received the same one when my petition was shipped to the consulate. Also NVC doesn’t send welcome letters when they receive it form USCIS

Its in the email he posted but its blacked out. This is the email that NVC sends once the case goes to the embassy.
