" All Ukrainian IV, DV, and K cases are urgent"

Is there any insight into the time between submitting the case at NVC and the scheduled interview date in Frankfurt for an IR-1?

These are new developments.  I would imagine there is a growing backlog, and that they would need to reschedule people who already had interviews set for Kyiv.

First, I would contact NVC to expedite the DQ process.

Please let us know how your case progresses.  In the meanwhile, I hope your spouse is safe and well.

Of course I will. She is ready to evacuate from Nikolaev. Since I have no idea how long it will be until she the interview, I'm thinking about staying in Romania to save cost.

I usually use AirBnB . Are there other recommendations?

I would research housing assistance from the EU.  Many countries, including the Netherlands, have stated they would welcome Ukrainians fleeing the war and would help with housing.  Germany, Czechia, or Slovakia may have something similar.

Anybody know specifically what an MVR payment code is? It is a receipt code for payment but what I am trying to find out is it for a money transfer or direct deposit or debit card / credit card transaction? I think the company the Polish embassy uses to match DS-160 submittals with the funds paid is broken.

Trying to get my Ukraine daughter/granddaughter in-laws out of Poland. For a simple B2 Tourist Visa Interview appointment in Warsaw Poland, I am able to watch the "next available appointment" since my payment did not get verified and it is stuck in limbo (they will not let me set the appointment until funds paid are verified). Yesterday evening "next available appointment" was at 09-May, 10am this morning at 3:30 am Eastern Time it jumped to 24 May at 6pm it was 31-May now at 3:00 pm and now at 9 pm the "next available appointment" are in June.......

based on this it is starting to look like for every day that goes by, the appointments are filling up an horrible rate of  1 day = 30 days of appointments.

I saw the 134 days earlier, but the information I am seeing is real-time from the embassy.
I think the "next available appointment" date I am seeing is only for Ukrainians with LPR or US Citizen parents/children living in USA because that is the option I can select when I attempt to make the appointment but fails because funds are not verified.  I wanted to correct my previous post but the system will not let me so I will do this here:
Yesterday evening (Wed 9-Mar) the "next available appointment" was for 09-May, at 10am ET; Thursday morning it jumped to 24 May; then at 3:30 am Eastern Time was 28-May; at 6pm it was 31-May; for 9 pm the "next available appointment" is 01 June.". As I type this post on 11-March Friday at 5:20 am it is up to 02-June.

based on this it is starting to look like for every day that goes by, the appointments are filling up a horrifying rate of every day that goes by ~25 days' worth of appointments are filling up.

Here is my understanding of what happens for Jenny and me (I-130). Everything is submitted to NVC with a note about the missing police certificate (not issued during the war).  I submitted an expedite request to NVC. When Kyiv was still operation, Kyiv IV instructed us to send an expedite request to Kyiv IV. I received no such instruction from Frankfurt.

So I assume we wait for NVC to send the file to Frankfurt. Then we go to the front of the line in Frankfurt. At this point (new situation, new processes) it is impossible to estimate how long NVC will take to review the case. It is impossible to know if NVC will approve the case without a police certificate. If approved by NVC, it is impossible to know how long it will take to get to Frankfurt. Once in Frankfurt, it is impossible to know how long it will take to get to an interview.

Jenny is schedule to evacuate by bus to Poland tomorrow. The defenders have apparently pushed the Russians out of short range rocket range of the core city and there are scheduled evacuation buses.
