Hello Family, I hope everyone is doing well.

The good news finally arrived. 
i filled vawa in May 2019, the case was approved on May 3rd, 2022 and received the approval today.

my i-485 is pending since 2019, it only shows the finger prints applied as of January 29, 2020.

 

is there anything i should do now?

what’s the process of i-485 ?

what’s the process of i-485 ?

Consider filing out of normal processing time request for I485 to your local USCIS office. Just to light a fire under their ###, so you dont have to wait too much longer for I485 processing. Technically it is out of processing time although the local office cant do anything about vawa delays. I485 processing times (actual ones based on this forum, not posted on USCIS website) are all over the place, some take a few months, some take 2-3 years AFTER vawa approval.

can you just file it on direct on USCIS’s website?

I think so, online filing is available for this.

Thanks, Sorry for the late reply. The interview were going through the I485 form. That was it!

Your priority date is based on I-130.  Class is your approved visa category.

Thank i am still confused about the catagory but i am gonna google it.

the priority date is based on i-130, my ex was USC does that mean, I should be getting interview soon?

Your visa category means you were a VAWA filer of a US Citizen.  No the priority date means nothing.  Your local office will not adjudicate your I-485 until it has been cleared by NBC and they telll NBC they are ready for your file.

I see, I understand thank you for the clarification, I was trying to google it but couldn’t make no sense of the class.

Looks like things are beginning to move fast. Just take a look, I-360 approved less than a year!

Yeah, it can happen. 

But it still exceptional.

I left one of those platform because I realized many people were lying concerning their cases submission dates. Making some filers to be more frustrated and feeling that Vermont was adjudicating cases ahead of older ones. 

Some where even having their WAWA adjudicated in less than 6 months. 

Most where simply fake data.

Majority of cases are no less than 18 months. 

Uscis is now adjudicating March 2020 wawa filers. 

So, the immigration officer has to defend himself before his supervisor why he has to adjudicate a May 2021filer as they are currently working on cases filed around March 2020.

Sometimes people lied about their real data entry. 

Most people were getting frustrated on that platform. So I left and remained on this visajourney  for being more efficient and very helpful.
