After receiving your PF, you wait for the next action from USCIS, some people receive RFE after PF others before. Most people do not get any RFE throughout the course of the petition. I pray you don’t. USCIS will begin looking at your case when you’re next in line….as the prima facie determination was to ensure your packet has all the necessary documents required to file the petition. So they will start looking in-depth at these documents when cases submitted before yours have been adjudicated. Just breaking it down so you get the gist of the whole thing.😊👍

Yeah. I believe that your lawyer will basically email ICE OPLA office handling your case, give them a copy of your I-360 approval and copy of the disorderly conduct conviction, and they will most likely agree to dismiss. Once a judge signs off on dismissal the proceedings go poof and you'll just file I-485 with USCIS.

The main thing is my i-360 is still pending. But i did get an approval on my i130 a year ago, which is now expired and no longer of use to me anyways. Would it still be approvable if it’s pending?

Well @Koi1, all this talk about the prosecutorial discretion finally gave me the push to email ICE myself and ask for dismissal in my own case.

Wish me luck everyone. If they approve it I'll just have to file I-485 and wait a bunch.

I’m happy for ya! Keep us updated. Hopefully the approve that for you quickly.

Hi Everyone,

I have been a subtle silent member of this group, If ask how I came across this group, won’t have a specific answer. Googling every concern of mine online lead me to this group as regarding my Vawa case

File May 18, 2018

Got 1.5 PF

February 25, 2020: we order your new card status update on my Vawa application

March 12, 2020 case approve for Vawa

July I received another approval for the second C31 card EAD

after I long wait, I decided to follow one suggestion provided here on how to inquire about my case through the congresswoman office representing my constituent. I was assigned a very nice case officer 👮‍♀️. This is officer really help me out, he responded to everyone of my request. I just kept going to him every month or every other month requesting for him to make enquires regarding my case.

The first inquire was submitted somewhere April 2021 and right after the inquiry an update was made to my case: fingerprint applied to my case by May 25th.

March 8th 2022 I made another inquiry

and by April 07, I got update that they sent request for Medical since on the 3rd of March 2022. Luckily enough they include a copy for me and the congresswoman office case officer send me the update including the copy and I forwarded it to my attorney and send me address for Immigration Doctors to go carry out medical. As God will have it, I already had my COVID19 shut both.
April 20th medicals dropped off at the Brooklyn office and

May 2nd: I-485: Néw Card is Being Produced

It is a long story, but God did it after almost 4yrs.

Please, in your prayers today, help me thank God.

Thanks to all the admin members for all the resources you all provide here.

God bless you all.

Hang on there, you are next in line!

Congratulations dear 🎉🎊🥂🍾🙌😃 very happy to share in your joy! Indeed FAITHFUL GOD!!!🥳

Thank you!

The only fixed questions are the yes or no ones on the i485 form…otherwise our cases and situations are very different…expect any question concerning your case of course. Some officers like to ask a few i360 questions…like I’ve said before, if you’re ever uncomfortable ask for a supervisor. Or politely decline. That case (i360) has been adjudicated and approved! Zero point revisiting it! Tips: Go through your i485 and i360 case again to make sure all your responses correspond with what’s on file. Take with you the original copies of all documents relating to your case. Amongst which are: EAD card, ID card, marriage/divorce/ birth certificates, old and recent passports, employment verification letter, most recent tax documents for the past 3years, i360 approval letter, Medicals, and of course your interview letter! You might want to take some mails that prove your current address as I recall the officer asked me exactly that. I had a few mails with me. Best to go heavily prepared than lacking…Best wishes.😊👍
