Somehow missed this. Anyways we’re all expecting to hear the good news! Congratulations are in order!🎊🎉🥳

Thanks my support system. My online status haven't changed yet. How long do you think it will take to hear from them via mail?

Hello friends,
I want to share my story. Some of you old folks may remember me from 2017. Filed Vawa in Jan 2017 by myself. I was begging to the lawers to help me, I was ready to give them money for just a hope, but no one took my case, (NY) because I had not enough proof for being together with my exhusband. I filed by myself in January 2017 and after 4,5 years got approved. All I want to say is don't lose hope. If I got approved with my weak case, everyone can.  Timeline:
January 2017 - Sent Vawa.
May 2019 - Sent 485/765 (got EAD and started living life)
June 2021 - Vawa approved.
September 2021 - Fingerprints
April 2022 - Medicals drop off (have only 1 dose of Covid Vaccine)
April 14, 2022 - Green Card Approved.
Don't lose hope.

can you tell us why your case is weak? what did you submit ?

Hi all ! I recently got approved and my card is saying delivered but it has not been delivered . Anyone experienced anything like this

Contact your USPS local office with the tracking number.

They will be able to know where the mail has been delivered.

Sometimes it could be to your lawyer's address if you have any.

It doesn’t have a tracking number it says tracking number unavailable. They asked me where I want the card sent and I told her my address and I received the courtesy letter.

You can see the tracking number when you login in your uscis account.

They always say UNAVAILABLE  in the mail because anybody can open your email.

But you can get in the uscis online case status when you login your uscis receipt number.

You’re welcome dear. I can only say let’s see what happens within this coming week. With USCIS, it’s futile to put a timeframe…everyone's timeline differs due to the nature of their situation and also the officer handling it. Stay positive because it’s going to end beautifully!🤩

Thank you so much I realize now it’s been delivered to my attorney

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).
