Hey guys,
It's my first time posting here and I want to file for vawa but I cant afford an attorney so I have a couple of basic questions.

When you use a therapist as proof of abuse is there an amount of time you have to have been seeing the therapist?
How many pages do most people write for their personal declaration?
Also I was previously denied entry and it mentions arrest date on my backround check so should I check yes to previously being arrested?

Thanks in advance

You should attend at lest 5/7 therapy sessions. Each story is different. My clients submitted 10/15 pages. If you have being  arrested you must disclose this with Immigration.

Hello Family, I'm 2018 filler and it's over 43 months and no approval yet. On March 30, 2022 I got Case Status: Initial Review.
We received your correspondence for Form I360, PETITION FOR AMERASIAN, WIDOW(ER), OR SPECIAL IMMIGRANT, Receipt Number EACXXXXXX. We are reviewing your correspondence, and will send you a notice if we need something from you.

I don't know what to do again , Any advice or recommendations please ?

Hello to you all👋 My interview is on April 22.

What do I need to take besides the appointment notice and medical?

I have an expired driving license due to my expired work permit. I didn't file because my I-485 was out of the normal processing time. Does it have a problem?

And any advise you have?

Thank you!

Congratulations🍾🎈🎊🎉 girl! You got this! I took my I.D card, EAD, current/previous passports, tax docs from the past 3 years, Medicals, Birth certificate, marriage/divorce certificates, Employment verification letter and paystubs from the past 6months. (Just saying all I took, not sure this employment letter is required) Basically all the original copies of docs related to your case to be on the safe side. ✊🏻

Thank you very much for all you have so far. You were amazing. God bless you🙏 I don't have my birth certificate with me. My driving license and EAD are expired. But I can take all the above. Thank you again!

Good Morning everyone.

I had my interview at Federal Plaza on the 24th of March, after the interview the officer gave me a rfe for my ex-husband’s divorce decree from his previous marriage. I shipped it off the following Monday the 28th. He said that’s all he needed to approve my case.
I was wondering if anyone here has received an RFE after interview, and how long does it usually take after submission to get an approval?

Thank you and best of luck everyone

I took a copy of my application and supporting documents.  They didn't ask for anything to be turned in though.  They did ask me questions about employment, and how long I had been working.

Finally, finally. The Lord God has done it!

Was only expecting a RFE, because I didn't submit any therapeutics. Submitted Only four pages of pesonal declarations. Only one police reports although I stayed in many different locations or States.

But my God, through his son  JESUS Christ of Nazareth, gave to me his right decision. To his name alone be All the Glory, Magesty and praises for everlasting to everlasting..
