You do not have to be divorced before the interview.

You just indicated you ALREADY have your green card so whatever you wrote in on the I-485 “ to add her to your I-485”  and ( not sure myself cause u did not answer..was she beneficiary or principal in that filing)  but I would guess it left mailroom confused , instead of a quick rejection ( with receipts) they sent somewhere for review….and it’s floating.

NOW that u clarified u already have your green card , DO the regular i-485/ I 765 /I 131 / I 864 W , new medical , and mark as Principal w her own I-360

Thank you and I apologize I didn’t understand the difference between the two in regards to the filling so I read up on it. So on her 360 approval it refers to her as a self-petitioning Child……so when filing the 485 what would I put. I did one before but from my understanding your saying I can do it over it won’t hurt.

on the 485 I wrote on number 5 as derivative applicant for her.

It means your VAWA was approved.Congrats.

Oh wow! Thank you for the information, I did not expect that at all!

May I ask how long does it take for USCIS to communicate with me for the interview?

I also had my I-693 Medical Exam done in January 2020, is this something I had to do and bring with me on the interview once again?

Apologies for all the questions, but I got excited and wanted to be well prepared as much as possible! Appreciate all the insights if any ❤️

So glad it is clear now! Brava! In your previous post you asked if you do the same as you did for YOU ( on I-485) and the answer is YES!
Good Luck and God Bless! Your biggest challenge was getting the I-360 approved..YOU did that so now it’s smooth sailing  ..

Not unusual either! Looks like you’re pending security checks… or something! You should enlist the help of your representative so you know for sure what the hold up is about. My case was outta NY too and it’s heavily backlogged! Or should I say ‘was’ as I don’t know what’s it’s like these days! A quick recap of my timeline again.. Filed i360 March 2017. Approved March 2019 Greencard March 2020! ✊🏻
