The  stress looks like we gonna take those green cards and blue passport to heaven when we grow old and pass away 🤣🤣🤣🤣 that’s why I just always relax myself and be like what will be will definitely be 🤣🤣no panic ..I will keep updating everybody on here as the case is going ..thanks so much

@Blunt Please take a deep breath. Your case will be approved in God’s name!
This is a journey, everyone of us has crazy experiences along the way. In my case I had a so called “pro-bono” atty from catholic charities who didn’t know her job and I hopped from psychologist to psychologist trying to get myself an immigration evaluation.

On top of that, my original i-130 atty was fired by me and he never withdrew his representation anyway and was giving updates to my ex! So Idk how effective those letters are.

If you send the letters to Vermont about telling them you dnt want your lawyer to represent you again and make sure you involve the Congress person to help you confirm if everything is corrected..am effective  Congress person plays a big role in immigration case ,I haven’t done it before but I believe it will work if I involve my Congress person to help me confirm if my address has been changed from my lawyers address to my own address  so I can get all my receipt notices and documents from the uscis directly by myself ..yea patience and monitoring your case matters a lot in this journey but I pray everybody get approved in Jesus name

Never give up. Don’t let anyone tell you that your case won’t be approved, even your lawyer . Fight for your case until you get approved. My case can be an encouragement to someone, I am in immigration proceedings since 2017, got 204 c fraud on my I-130, I-360 office sent me a 7 pages NOID which was my only hope, responded to NOID January 31. I worked on it with my lawyer and provided new proofs and my case is approved  in less than 2 months. Can’t wait to get my green card finally.
Thanks to this forum, many people helped me here how to write a winning personal declaration. Thank you all. To God all the glory

@Stillwinning!!!😊 @sandranj @Demise @Pinkrlion @Family @balo101

house please I want to ask if I can send another renewal after the first one I sent is no where to be traced now ,we dnt even know where the receipt is and also my lawyer has not been helpful atall ,he never picks call,I can’t even see him ,the uscis said they send receipt out and they haven’t gotten it back as undeliverable since December 3 , I told this  substandard fake  charge  and bail lawyer that  called himself an immigration lawyer🤣🤣 about the receipt that was sent to him ,he said he will call me back ,up till now he hasn’t been picking my calls ,he kept ignoring my calls ,so I want to ask if I can just send another renewal and put my address there and also send the change of address to Vermont and also a letter stating that I want to stop using my lawyer that I want them to be dealing with me directly and sending everything notices and card to my address since my lawyer doesn’t know what he is doing anymore and he is not ready to help , so the uscis should be dealing with me directly without my lawyer ,  my lawyer is so incompetent,I hope am not just gonna lose the ead renewal card ,so Someone in the house told me to file another renewal and explain to uscis what happened to the receipt that they sent ,so I won’t lose on both ways ,cause if this law firm can miss my receipt that means they could also miss my ead card if it arrives ,and I dnt want to take the chances ,so someone on this forum told me to send another renewal to Vermont and explain to them and make sure I change the whole address on file to my address so I can get the notice at my own address ,and I should also explain to uscis what happened ,that I want to withdraw my lawyer from my case cause he is not competent enough and also losing all my documents ..please house help me if I can send another renewal and forward everything to my address ..most of all these lawyers are so so selfish ..they dnt care about immigrants ,they want immigrants to keep having problems so they can’t be ripping them off 🤣🤣 please help me house ,your advise is needed here if I can send another renewal !

You already have the receipt number, therefore i would say let your attorney reach out to USCIS about the receipt. Give him 4 weeks since that has your attorney's address. Once you get then change the address for all the files and fire your attorney if you wish to do so. I would not send an other until i get any answer.

However, it is all your choice since it is free and have nothing to loss.

omg! Congratulations! You gave me some hope lol

I have been waiting since 2018 when my I-129 was approved. Married in 2018 I left my abusive husband in 2020. Had 2 EADs within two years. My I-485 was denied in May 2021 due to his past records, applied for i-360 July 2021 and waiting... so almost 4 years here :)

I-360 -Receipt 07/26/2021

RFE-11/17/2021

Never gotten any RFE in the mail

My son got his prima facie in Dec 2021 i never did

Divorce finalized on 02/17/2022

As per advise of @sandranj  (Thank you very much again) I have submitted request to Senator's office

03/02/2022-Receipt notice for i-765 (c31)

03/15/2022 Status of I-360 changed to "Correspondence received and USCIS is reviewing it" (but still i never got RFE in the mail and never submitted any additional documents except Letters to Vermont asking for it"

03/17/2022 -Got rejection of i-485 as they accept only checks so i had to resubmit it with the check overnight on 03/21/2022

So i think my case is the weirdest here hahha

Hello all, I've been following this thread silently for a very long time so decided to introduce myself and a little about my case. Mine is a bit complicated but will take any advice, questions, moral support etc. Here is my timeline with only relevant dates to current case:

April 2012-Placed under final order of deportation in absentia. I missed my court date in removal proceedings (USC spouse didn't show up to GC interview)

April 2017-I-360 RD

October 2018-Vawa I-360 approved. MTR filed

December 2020-MTR(motion to reopen) granted, back to removal proceedings from 2012

March 2021-I-485 AOS receipt notice

March 2021-Immigration hearing in Cleveland for removal proceedings. Case was continued. Master hearing scheduled for May 2021

May 2021-Master hearing was rescheduled for August 2021

July 2021-Attorney advised me to terminate case in court and move AOS to USCIS. I was on the fence since judge seemed like he would approve my I-485. But since my attorney refused to go to court I continued with termination.

August 2021-Motion to terminate removal proceedings granted

August 2021-Filed another EAD with name change since the renewal I filed in May 2020 got lost in the mail.

August 2021-Biometrics appointment

March 2022-Two year EAD received

March 2022-Called USCIS to schedule infopass. Awaiting callback. (I'm hoping to physically hand motion to terminate order from immigration judge to USCIS to ensure the file gets to local office for processing). I'm worried my I-485 application hasn't even made it to USCIS yet. My mom did the same a few years ago which expedited her case.

March 2022-Filed AP as I need to travel to Spain for work conference in November
