Oct 2019 still waiting, reached out to congressman, looks like USCIS provide same response to everyone, “pending security check, can’t provide decision before it’s done…”. also reached out to ombudsman, looks like they don’t even follow up anymore for case outside processing time: “we will not close your inquiry, but we cannot promise to provide you with immediate individual case assistance at this time.” I don’t even know what to do next. I’m desperate

Thanks for that I just requested online with ombudsman hope I can hear some good news soon!
Also I  reach out to congresswoman and senator still waiting USCIS answer them.

Hi all my vawa got approved! Yaay

I see my last name has extra character.

checked even my last prima also has wrong name. I assume my first lawyer who applied 360 did mistake.

1. my 360 approval and c31 card also has wrong name. How can I get it fixed?
2. Do I need to return my current card?
3. how long this process will take again?

4. Do I need to pay any extra fee?

5. This will delay my 485 process?
6. C31 card was given for one year. I was expecting it to be two years. Any body recived 2 years?

please help

That is what I thought, because the first one submitted is currently expired.

If it happens to be the case, does Covid-19 vaccines still mandatory?

I sincerely doesn't want to do it. Any way out?

Someone can inbox me if he or she has any way out concerning the Covid-19 vaccine. 😔😔😔

Yes unfortunately Covid vax is still mandatory

2, 4 Per USCIS https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-765instr.pdf   :

If the card we issued to you contains incorrect information that is not attributed to our error, you must submit a new Form I-765 and filing fee, unless you have a pending Form I-485 and paid the Form I-485 filing fee. If you did not pay the appropriate Form I-485 filing fee because your filing fee was waived or you are exempt from paying it, you must pay the Form I-765 filing fee or request that the filing fee be waived. You must include the card containing the error when you submit the new Form I-765.

If the card we issued to you contains incorrect information that is attributed to our error, you do not need to file a new Form I-765 and filing fee. Instead, you must submit a letter explaining the error, along with the card containing the error to the service center or National Benefits Center that approved your last Form I-765.

6. The renewal should be for 2 years, my initial one was for 1 year only. Looks like this is the case.

Hello All,

Today I received prima facie extension email from my lawyer.  Which dates July 28th, my timeline is

I-360 received june 29 2021

prima facie 1 year received aug 05 2021

prima facie 180 day extension july 28 2022

no RFE

Lawyer says "This means you meet the minimum requirements for VAWA and for that reason you can use this determination to access certain public benefits if needed."

Does that means I am on a right path? how many people get automatically 180 days extention?
