Thank you. I doubt it will be a combo card though. Waiting to receive them. But I think the AP will be paper AP and the end a separate card.

I am in NYC as well. My VAWA got approved 4 months ago and i am so desperate for the interview. But you are there for 16 months already. I guess i should not have my hopes high at this moment. 

I havent contacte congressman because I figured they are still running background/security checks. Based on what I have seen on this forum it is common practice for NYC to schedule interview or ask for ref around 18 months or even two years after approval. But I will put in a service request next month though

I dont have friends, I am here only 1 year and all my classmates were international students. I am not going to ask my husbands' friends and our neighbours because i dont want him to know where i am or even my new phone number, i wasn't at all close to them anyway. The only time you need a sponsor is if you are living with your husband and he doesn't qualify as your sponsor. To file Vawa you don't need a sponsor.

Does anybody know how long it takes for "Save case check" return enquiry back to DMV? It's almost two weeks still under review.

It usually takes Two to three weeks. 

Sometimes 21 business days in some States.

Same here - approved February 2022. Filed a service request last week and my file is still in Vermont. Whew!! 
 

I’ve been living life. Lol. Sometimes I remember that I’m not a green card holder and sigh… that’s all I can do. Been at this since 2018.

@balo101 I thought combo card is issued whenever the EAD/AP is under C09 category not C31.

Am I wrong?

Sorry i completely misunderstood last question. 

I agree because i was once told by a lawyer that combo card is only for adjustment of status c09.

Hi I have contacted them and they sent me a form to fill which I filled and signed.. so they got back to me and told me what I have on my case (case received and fee was waived) so they told me that I should let them know iif I want them to make more enquiry by 15th of August or after 30days from now… so i want to ask you that what response did you get from your congressman after you contacted them?

I filed for ead renewal (C31) and AP (I131) on February 2022 and today both cases got approved. I-485 is still pending 16 months after I-360 approval (NYC queens).

They stopped issuing combo cards around March of this year, and yes they were only previously issued to pending adj C-09
