Oh so what you think they can send me after 4 prima facie

Only way to know is to see the RFE. Prima facie have a very low standard of evidence. So they can check off the cohabitation box on it and still want you to submit more.

Contradictions without citations only make you look dumb.

Hey vj family. Need help.
-I was in immigration proceedings with pending i485 in court and my vawa was approved last April and same April proceedings terminated.

-my lawyer sent a letter to uscis on may 10, 2022 to ask them to schedule me for an interview. The letter was accompanied with a copy of vawa approval, a copy of proceedings termination and the i485 receipt notice. But upto now we haven’t received anything from Uscis. What should i do? I don’t even know if my i485 was transferred from court to uscis yet.

Yes today

im waiting for the letter

I had a 204c fraud on my i130, got a NOID on my i360 but responded with new proofs and gave them any single things they asked in the NOID except i didn’t have new photos , new notorized letters from friends and family,…3 weeks after sending my NOID response, i got approved. When you receive a NOID you have to go through it sentence by sentence and give them what they want. If they mentioned some discrepancies justify it in your personal declaration and relate the all story from how you met, dating, marriage, abuse, …. That’s what I did and it worked

Patient also is one of the fruits of the Holy spirit.

It's what we need most in this vawa journey.

Your letter will surely come, and if you don't received it after about one month, you can still send them a letter requesting for it.

Peoples on this thread can not tell you exactly what is requested in your letter because your letter is personal and sealed.

Hello dear friends

today was my hearing ( removal proceeding) and my attorney yesterday called me and said that I don’t need to attend due to pandemic so judge decided to make hearing video conference format. I have also pending vawa. My attorney told me she is going to ask to judge about termination if judge decided then we can apply 485 if not we have to wait approval letter but your hearing will be expand to further date. And then I didn’t hear nothing from my attorney . I’m so worried about it . I checked online and I found it that . What does it mean ? Help pls

You attorney filed a motion to terminate your removal proceeding  and the judge gave a decision. Your attorney has to check if the judge granted or denied.

It will take a while, because there are thousands of I-485 petitions waiting to be adjudicated .They decide  the cases in the order they are received, so you're gonna wait between 12/18  months to have your interview scheduled.

Go to your interview well prepared.

Sometimes it's not a mistake, just that uscis decided to do so to fasten your process.

Allow the immigration officer to do what it's best for you, for they might also approve if your file has been sent to them. They should be the ones to decide whether the file should redirected, not you.

For your C31 card recovery, do as you said and mailed every to Vermont and it will be okay.

Do not stress a lot for that because I guess you still have your Co9 card.

It's clear a mistake made by USCIS.  Interviews aren't scheduled in States other than the one where the person lives.
