Did you send the file already? did you receive RFE

No. I applied vawa in feb 2020. I didn’t received any rfe. I want to submit my fbi fingerprints background check which I didn’t submit before. So i contact my lawyer and he said to wait for rfe. But my point is as I already did the background check and got the report so instead of waiting i should submit it and let’s see may be they will touch my file I don’t know. I just want to try. This silence killing me.

Usually if you do not send that USCIS ask for it within 3 months of filling. What does your VAWA status shows online?

What you can do is send it with VAWA receipt without lawyer.

Thank you dear. I appreciate your help. I am also thinking the same. My I-360 status says ‘fees were waived’.

I will advice you to attached it to your  vawa notice of action receipt ,along with your ID copy.

They will surely receive it.

The medical always goes with the form I-485.

You can also decide to wait until it is requested by NBC after vawa approval.

For they will definitely send you a deficiency letter requested for it at the appropriate time.

Confused...

I360 approved in January. Field office Miami.

I693 deficiency notice sent in April.

Today I got a letter from field office in Chicago (didn't open it yet - just a pic on an envelope). Too far away. What could it be?

I used to live in Chicago - could it be that they scheduled an interview in the wrong city? I had a problem with changing the address etc etc and their clumsiness is legendary...

Kindly open your letter and keep us updated.

I may asked you,

From wich field office your deficiency letter related to?

THE BLONDE PAINTER

A blonde was hired to paint the lines on the road.  On the first day, she painted ten miles, and her employers were amazed.  However, on the second day, she painted just five miles, and on the third day, she painted only one mile of the road.

Disappointed, her boss asked what the problem was.

The blonde replied, "Well, sir, every day I have to walk farther and farther to get back to the paint bucket."

:P
