Best Option for I693A in Bay Area??

Hi ! I have the list of docs in San Jose area...but was wondering if someone could suggest a reliable and cheap option for a civil surgeon to transfer my vaccination record onto I 693 supplement?

Did you call up all the civil surgeon docs on your list? That's what we did, we finally found the cheapest option at $30 to copy the paperwork only. My husband got the required vaccinations (that he was missing) at the local govt community health center (much cheaper than getting them at the civil surgeon). Good luck!

My husband got his shots with our family doctor and just paid the insurance copay. Then he took his vaccination record from Mexico plus his updates to a civil surgeon. The civil surgeon transferred the info. to the I-693A and put it in a sealed envelope. It cost $50 here in Oakland, and I did call a few places and found they all charged the same amount. However, we didn't want to travel very far so we just paid more to save us time. I've heard of people mailing their I-693A vaccination supplements to civil surgeons in Texas and they only paid $20 or so. If you have time, then check this out. But if you want to file by July 30th before the fees go up, then I'd do it here.

If you don't mind mailing in your documents and waiting a week, I recommend DR. Arnold. He is a CS in Austin, TX and I used him because all the CS's in my area wanted to do a full exam and charge an arm and a leg. Let me know if you'd like the number and address.

Thanks guys I found a nice civil surgeon here in Mountainview..charged me $50: Dr June Withers. Very nice lady...infact completed my paperwork very quickly even though i reached early (45 mins) for my appointment.
