1) My wife's last job was for a small business but she did the job entirely in her home. Does she put her own address or the address were the business is located?

2) she did many small jobs, for example she worked at a dealer for like 2 weeks. Does she has to include those small types of jobs? Is she going to be asked for evidence of work?

3) She doesn't remember exact address of where she lived 3 and 4 years ago, or that of some jobs. She moved between cities. Does she somehow need to find out or is "i don't remember exact location" good enough?

To answer question

1) I've been working from home during COVID. I still put my job's official address when filling out the forms.

2) Not sure

3) I looked through old emails, checked old resumes, spoke to friends and eventually found all my old addresses.

She does the best she can, including research, not just memory.  Go to the old address.  Find it on Google maps, etc.

Note that asking if the information will be verified, is absolutely wrong thinking.  Be truthful and accurate without regard to whether there will be any "verification".
