Case after Dq'ed changed to "merical limitations on immigrant visa issuance prescribed by law, this petition is not eligible for further processing at this time."

I called NVC to verify the message displayed on the CEAC summary page. I waited on hold for more than 1 hour and 30 minutes. I spoke with NVC customer service and asked why the summary displayed "the petition is not eligible for further processing at this time".  He confirmed to me that the message was generated by a computer error, and it had nothing to do with visa numbers or numerical limits. He also confirmed that they are scheduling Interviews..  done!!!   .. no worries .... brother and sisters

Yesterday the summary was back to normal

 

And any of you received update about interview?

 

 Im still waiting for the schedule.

My case went back to normal for like two weeks, as normal I mean by like I was able to see the petitioners and everything else. However, I checked today my CEAC portal and it went back to display the same message "due to numerical .... ", is anyone getting the same message again?, I am assuming this is just a technical glitch.

Same here, it resumed normal for 2 weeks and back to that msg again…

 

What’s your case status now? I was all DQ at early Feb

My case status? Mine just says at NVC, DQ July 2020 and priority date November 2005

Mine same as well, again it switch to "Numerical limit" msg. Could be sign of IL scheduling, DQ Oct 2020 in F3. PD April 2007.

Hi 👋 got the same thing “due to numerical limits” for F4 filing date 2021, I was wondering what happened to your case did you get interview? Is the NVC system fixed to pay the fees?
