My fiance and me have met on Badoo,

You didn’t meet on Badoo.

You met in person at least once 2 years before I-129F was filed.

i saw it's possible to get an RFE to prove it's not a marriage broker website, do you think we can get this even if my fiance is from western Europe.

If you peruse VJ post history, you will find that these  RFEs seem to happen less often as USCIS and State now grasp the concepts of dating websites better than say 10 years ago.

I suggest not mentioning it.  If it comes up at the K-1 interview, state you found each other on Badoo.  Have a printed copy of terms and conditions which will show that Badoo is not a marriage broker per IMBRA.

Yes and yes. If you met on a dating website or app, you should be prepared to include the TOS and/or a statement from customer support stating they are not an international marriage broker. This is even if you meet on a platform like Tinder. USCIS is quite strict about this requirement and they will consider your packet at face value; to be honest, I personally have never heard of Badoo.
