Good afternoon,

It has been a while since I have posted. I have originally applied for LPR via marriage in 2017. I got the 2 year green card and then I got the 10 year green card August of 2020. My divorce was also finalized August of 2020. Since I am divorced, I have to wait the 5 years in order to apply for citizenship which falls on this year around August.

Anybody recently applied that is in the same situation as me? How long is the wait usually?

Just asking some questions so that I am prepared for when my time comes.

Thank you.

look for form N400 and select your local field office. It will give you an estimated time range. No guarantees .. may be quicker.. may take longer
