Hi everyone! Just trying to have some insight of people who is in the ROC process within Vermont Service Center: I applied jointly and in the 90 days window.

- Below is my timeline so far:

- VSC received 09/14/21

- NOA1 received 09/23/21 with extension letter of 24 months

- Biometric letter 10/07/21

- Biometric date 10/23/21 and same day app update to fingerprints were taken

Now I am just waiting to see whether we are going to be approved with or without an interview.

there's a specific thread for Vermont (not very active), you should post this there.

EAC is running behind, now we are seeing Jan 2021 being processed.

Hi! Thank you for your reply. How do I find it? I am new here kind lost

Yeah EAC seems super slow. I applied in July 2021; and still nothing. While other service centers seem to be processing much quicker.

I know right! I guess it will take over a year then.

Our timeline is pretty close to yours and we're with the Vermont Service Center. We're waiting, too. You can join the rest of us September filers here:

Congrats--good to know there is *some* movement; but man looks like it's like 13-14 month wait.

The processing time for EAC just went up from 11-16 months to 11.5 to 17 months. It used to be 10 months just a few months ago. This is just so annoying.

Perpetual processing times. As long as we are not out of status.... yet
