Official disposition did not come from court in that jurisdiction, is this okay?

Hello, 

 

I received an RFE for an official disposition of a possession ticket I received in August. Because the ticket was plead no contest and the fine was paid, it never got moved to the court (no case) and the only official disposition comes from the Infractions Bureau here, like with traffic tickets. They gave me the disposition and all the information I needed with a seal and everything, but it comes from the Bureau, not the Court. Is this okay? Should this be explained with my evidence? The court refused to write a letter that they would not have it.
