Yes, all the K3 filers are being approved. I have noticed it too recently. My husband and I have not filed a K3. Since, all of us are March 2022 filers, I’m hoping we start receiving approvals from December 2022 onwards.

I filed a I-130 stand alone, it will be, consular processing which is the faster way for my husband living  over seas in his country

That's amazing!! I'm seeing a LOT of approvals from other SCs going through that were sent after us. What can we do, right?

I know that's amazing ! This process is really hard for our nerves !

Good luck ! I'm sure all of your cases will soon be approved

Hi all !

My daughter's case has been approved on November 3rd !

We had a RFE on October 26, answered on October 28 and then approved !

We are so happy !

Good luck everyone, I know it's very frustrating and I don't understand how SC are working because I also saw all these cases approved that were filed after us... so unfair !

Hello!

What visa category is that? Service centre? And Priority Date?

thank you! And congrats!

My dates are extremely similar to yours.

According to my notice its at Texas Service Centre. I didn’t check via Emma. Btw many January 2022 i130 filers are getting approved recently. It feels great to see those posts. We all are in line hopefully. We didn’t submit a K3 or an expedite.

This is really interesting! My PD is March 3 and I also when into actively reviewing on June 23. Our receipt notice had us at Nebraska but Emma says we are at Potomac.

Weird thing is when I just do the standard "Case Status" search it still only shows us the receipt notice but when we log in, in case activity it shows actively reviewing. So who the heck knows where I'm actually at lol

The best time to know where the case was actually processed is when the NOA2 comes in according to what I've read here.

Oh, and whiles we wait for our NOA2s, I don't know if it's just me, but I get absolutely lost for words seeing June approvals.

I think we all get a bit triggered by that lol. Just shows that there is no rhyme or reason to their methods.

This is sooo true! I feel the same way. Its just that later when I ask them I get to know that they either filed a K3 or they expedited. Then it all makes sense.

The Visa Journey i130 approval estimate keeps on fluctuating. Have you guys faced this too? I get the email every Monday. Last week it showed my i130 might be approved in Jan 2023, today its showing April 2023. Subconsciously, every Monday I wait to see this email.

Those are just estimates according to data entry of people's approved petitions I believe. Don't worry too much about it.
