Yes, all the K3 filers are being approved. I have noticed it too recently. My husband and I have not filed a K3. Since, all of us are March 2022 filers, I’m hoping we start receiving approvals from December 2022 onwards.

Yeah I saw it on the Facebook group, many March fillers and others from may and even August are being approved and all of them filled k3. We filled it too, but on June and no updates since then. Hope our cases are the next.
Also Texas SC is approving a lot of cases this past days

Mine changed to 3 months, but I've seen in some groups that those times are not accurate. Hope we get our approval soon 🙏

Wondering why my SC (Vermont) will skip March applications and go on approving April/May ones. They should let this make sense sometimes.

The same thing is happening in Texas SC I've seen a lot of people been approved from April and June, but none from March 😕 I saw in a Facebook group someone who applied on June was approved today in Nebraska sc, they are not working in order like the say

I don't think these SC really follow a particular guideline. It's as if they do things haphazardly. Like, why would you jump over March applications and open subsequent month(s) applications?

March 2022? Lots of us in Vermont are from October-December still waiting for NOA2.

So I'd a chat with a live agent at USCIS concerning Vermont SC as to how some cases filed after March are getting approved. Live agent replied saying the processing times are just estimates and that the agents handling the cases play a role with how fast or slow they're ticking all the required boxes surrounding each case. Says my file is ready for review but not reviewed yet. Smh

Hi all !

My daughter's case has been approved on November 3rd !

We had a RFE on October 26, answered on October 28 and then approved !

We are so happy !

Good luck everyone, I know it's very frustrating and I don't understand how SC are working because I also saw all these cases approved that were filed after us... so unfair !

That's amazing!! I'm seeing a LOT of approvals from other SCs going through that were sent after us. What can we do, right?
