March 2022 I-130 Filers

Hey y’all! So our PD is 3/24/22 and actively reviewing as of 6/25/22. No update since then. We started in Nebraska and were transferred to Potomac. I made a congressional inquiry and they responded last week with, “waiting to be assigned to an adjudicating office and will be processed.” I am just so sick of the waiting game.

Yeah Emma said that our case was "Ready for adjudication". That's as far as we got too. We are all in it together!! Let's think positive thoughts

I’m just hoping and praying we hear something soon! I wish the same for everyone here as well! It’s a long process but we will all have our approvals soon!

This almost feels like the worst part of the process, being in the "any day now" timeframe!

Hey, just wondering if the estimated time button on the Uscis site is not showing for anyone else?. I just checked and it is no longer there for me. Glitch?

I checked my status yesterday and it was showing.

I checked my status as well. Its showing three weeks. What about you guys? The ‘any day’ feeling is giving me anxiety 🤪

Yep! Mine is at 3 weeks as well.

I used the ask Emma feature today to check for any movement on my case. I was told “your case is ready for review.” Could this be a good thing? Hopefully that means approval is around the corner?

Hopefully approval is around the corner. My husband and I tried to make use of the Emma feature a lot, but we could never retrieve any useful information from it.

Honestly that’s first piece of helpful info I’ve gotten from Emma. I just hope it’s true and that we will hear something sooner rather than later. I will be sure to update!

In December we got told that our case was "Ready for adjudication" whatever the heck that meant lol

That’s basically what they told me in January. That my case was pending assignment to an adjudicating officer and would be processed. Then 2 days ago was told it was in process and ready for review? I’m just confused.
