No, but I was applying for a license to practice. I’m in healthcare. I cited their announcement that we can expedite if we’re in the field, and that I needed an ead and a valid ssn in order to progress towards my license. They didn’t ask me for anything, but I did have correspondence with our state board regarding my situation as well as the necessary paperwork they would have needed from me just in case.

Hi. In healthcare as well (MD from home country), and was wondering how exactly you were able to expedite? What license to practice?  Please help.

I honestly haven’t seen many people on VJ getting their AP approved unless it’s expedited or approved at same time as EAD as combo card.

Small update for my AOS: I got rfie yesterday (not sure what it is yet) regarding i-485 AOS application, more than 4 months after biometrics. I wonder what it is, since i noticed (cud be wrong) that most of people get their rfe soon after sending application or soon after biometrics. My bet would be i-864, most common reason for rfe.. I’ll update as soon as i know :}

Benefited a lot from this forum. Sharing timelines.

IR5, AOS applied in March 2022 (I-130 was already approved).

Biometrics in April

EAD approval on Sept  7 (did not expedite)

I-131 approved on Sept 13 (requested expedite via emma/Live chat, and was approved in a week)

I-485 still waiting

Update!

Son's EAD was approved and a week later we received the card.  It is valid 09/20.  The bad news is his name is flipped so we put in a request to have it corrected.  Wife is still waiting on her EAD/greencard/AP (one of those 3 to change status).  We might see about trying to expedite as others did.  Would not hurt at least.
I am not expecting to see anything on the green card movement until closer to January or February.  Best wishes to all though!

Wife's EAD and AP were approved on 28 OCT.  We put in an expedite request for EAD due to the fact that we brought her elderly father over on U4U and used the fact that she wanted to contribute to supporting him.  Also, we did not plan on full time supporting him when we submitted the paperwork.  They got back to us 2 weeks later with the approval.

The only approval pending now is the I-485.  Good luck to everyone!

I read on another forum online that the sequence IOE0915* was not being worked on or at least numbers after this had received approvals. Has anyone else heard this or does anyone know anything?

The silence is loud and this was a delayed K2 AOS (5 years after initial entry child is now 15). I’m nervous because it’s already was not straight forward starting out. K1 has had conditions removed on their GC.

There are 6 digits after IOE0915 , so you read somewhere that they are not working on potentially 999,999 cases?

It's inaccurate information on that forum, it just doesn't make sense.

I believe they go off this daily report, that sorts by application type>field office>receipt number.

There haven’t been any approvals out of IOE for i131 which is the one I’m most anxious about.
