Hi everybody!

has anyone here had any issues with the I 134 question 11.

I did not check any box and i just put NA (k 1 visa for permanent residence) like the sample form shows

or should i state i will provide for as a wife?

i`ve already had it notorized and ready to send .

thanks !

Most people won't remember specific questions on forms, so it'd be better to post the actual question that you are having difficulty with when asking about it.

If it's the question about whether or not you intend to make contributions, then put exactly what you put, which is N/A (K-1 visa for permanent residence).

Good luck

Good Morning

Well I received a phone call from my congresswoman this morning. She made contact with the embassy on friday this was her secound inquiry with them. She told me not to expect much but it couldn;t hurt. I was told that the embassy informed her that our case is still in admin review however they did not require any further information from my fiance

or myself and that they could not give a time for the completion of the admin review. I hope the fact that they kept her passport and the fact they require nothing else from us means that it might be something as simple as a name check, because she has a common Thai last name, I've heard that this can produce "false hits" of which they (the embassy) is required to look into. Sooo... a little bit of info is better than nothing. I'll keep everyone informed.

Please keep us informed as to what you incounter when you arrive at BKK. because if I don't hear something in a week or so I'm planning on heading over there around the 23rd of Sept. Thanks and good luck

I'm in the same boat as you. I had posted my issues a while back. Well, my case is on AP for almost 6 months now...Sep 12th will be exact. I already had my congresswoman notified the embassy twice and still got same reply. I had email the embassy 7 to 8 times as well and still the same. Hopefully, I will hear something from them soon.

Good day to all,

Question I might be moving soon just 20 minutes away from current address. My question is if I move and have my mail forwarded to my new address and my noa2 is approved and sent before I update with the vsc center. Will it be forwarded to my new address from the usps? Thank you. Is this type of mail auto forward?

You need to notify the USCIS of your change of address when moving.

I have a question. Do they have your fiancee's passport all this time? Or did they return it to her.

Hi

if your asking me,.... they kept my fiance's passport and they gave her orginal appointment card back to her and thats it. I feel your pain, .. hang in there!!!

This issue with Administrative reveiw has me worried. Isnt this where a Visa Lawyer should step in and find out exactly whats going on??

My fiancee has her visa Intereview at the Embassy this Friday. I have a Visa Lawyer. I havent seen anything mentioned about this Administrative review in the old posts. So is this something new that just started happening? I wonder how many people have been affected by this.

I'm confused about packet 3 (as I wait patiently for my fiancee's NOA2): NVC will send her the packet in Thailand? Do folks generally have it forwarded to the States to complete? I doubt she'll have a clear understanding as to how to fill it out.

It doesn't matter if you have one. They can't do anything you can't do on your own. Occasionally getting a congressperson involved will help, but very rarely.

after u get noa2 the NVC will mail it to the embassy, and then the embassy will mail packet 3 to her.

or she can get the forms online. try the example forms up on top, and u can help her.

rolln,

I'm a little confused. Are you in administrative review? If not, then why are you worried about it? As long as you have everything in order and all the necessary documents needed, and have no red flags, hopefully you won't be placed in it. I wouldn't worry about now man. If you get placed in it then you can worry. :)

Hey Jer 08

I downloaded all the packet 3 documents from the embassy web site and completed them all for her.

http://bangkok.usembassy.gov/immigrant_vis...structions.html

I put a "sticky note" on each document and told her where to sign and date. A couple of the documents she has to sign

in Thai so watch for those. I got all her info needed via emails and phone calls then completed the forms. I recommend printing out all the documnets and filling them out in pencil then going back on line and type in all the answers and then print the forms out.

The forms are in PDF format and you can not save the info unless you have Adobe Acrobat.

(If you only have Adobe Reader you can not save the info)

Hope this helps...let us now if you need more info

George
