I think we're all wondering what's going on? The only recent reference is back on pg.161, epoulsens' packet 3 was received on 2/14 and their appointment is May 8. Seems like an unusually long wait! Anyone have any more info??

Hey I just went to the embassy website after I posted this and it's been updated to March 6! Lots of April dates. Good luck all, hope you're on there!!

Would you guys mind sending me the link where you are finding this info... I don't know where to look... or maybe I'm on the wrong site all together.

Thanks,

Interview schedule appears on the embassy website; links to a PDF file.

http://bangkok.usembassy.gov/immigrant_vis...pointments.html

It used to be sorted by Case ID (BNK number). It appears now to be completely random...

Wilaiwan says that she didn't get any instructions pertaining to her medical with the packet three she received. The old checklist that I downloaded referred to following the included documents to obtain your medical exam. Is there something missing that we need, or can she just make an appt. at Bumrungrat and proceed?

She sent it in yesterday so we've joined the que!

From what I read in the Medical Exam Instructions, I think she just needs to get her Medical Exam done prior to going to the interview. Sakina has already scheduled a flight to Bangkok to do her Medical Exam on the 03/11. It is not clear if the Doctors will send the results in to the Embassy or they will fill out the Medical forms and give it to you to take on the interview date. Sakina did called the hospital and ask about it, they told her it takes about 3 hours to process the paper work.

Its all for LOVE..

My fiancee is going on the 14th.

For those that have had their fiancee go through the interview, do you have a list of questions they asked her?

they asked HIM the following:

when and where did you meet

what i do for a living and my company name

where i live

when my birthday is

where i was born

and then quite a few questions about his previous visas and visits to the U.S and about the visa applications that he had that were denied when he wanted to come visit me and she then asked me about his denied visas.

it took a total of about 15 minutes then she gave us the approval and told him to pick his visa up 2 days later.

GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!

Thanks all. So the hospital will have the necessary forms???

She's working in Nakhon sri Thanmmarat till the end of the month so she won't be going till then. Otherwise they could all have a party!

Is anyone going over for the interview? I was there in Oct. and since I'm out of work I probably won't make it. Hopefully she can get through it on her own.

They spell it Bumrungrand, but as usual pronounce it differently, Bum roong rot

Chok dii!!

My girl called me early yesterday morning to tell me she got package 4 ? from embassy. She got her interview date unfortunately it isnt until MAY 2nd! Sent package 3 checklist back on Feb 7th. 3 months seems like a long wait for an interview. Oh well 2 more looooong months to wait. Nit was practally in tears when she was telling me how much longer we have to wait. Was hoping for beginning of April. Just keep telling myself its really not that long mabey I will belive it.

Strange that it still wasnt listed on the embassys interview list that they updated yesterday. They must be backed up or something.
