I meant that... after we get the CR-1 visa approved, how long we have until we must depart for USA to live there permanently?

what's the expiration date for the CR-1 visa?

The expiration date will almost always be six months from the day you completed your medical exam.

So your planning to get a resident cr1 visa for spouse, and you are asking that if the visa gets approved during the interview, how much time do you have to get the things done in your country and move to the united states

The validity of your visa is tied to the validity of your medical examination, which is 6 months from completion of the medical exam.  If a Class A or B TB condition exists, the visa is valid for 3 months from the time the evaluation is completed.  An immigrant visa is usually valid for up to six months from the date of issuance unless your medical examination expires sooner, which may make your visa valid for less than six months.  It is your responsibility to check your visa expiration date and to leave before it expires.

Where do you currently live?

How long do you want to remain there before moving to the US.
