K3 speeding up I130. Lawfully info on 748 cases

I filed my I-130 + 1-29F after studying timelines and observing a VJ member get approved in 50 days. When I was approved after 44 days, I recommended it to a friend and their I-130 was just recently approved in 41 days. There's something to it and it's worth studying more so that we can do more than cite these anecdotal experiences.

Hello ,I see a mention of stats , I have a question please. After filing the i-130 ,and it being under AR, then filing the K3 Visa what's the fastest Approval timeframe in days  for the i130 approval after they have issued receipt for the 129f .I think I only seen 3 weeks and 4 days? Anyone seen or heard anything faster? thank you!

I filed I-130 and it went AR immediately on the same day.  It started in NSC then transferred to on the same day to CSC.  Filed I-129F for K3 3 weeks after 1-130.  It's been 132 days and no change since then.  Filing K3 helps but it does tremendously for one service center which I am not able to conclude yet.  But in general it helps and I see approvals minimum of 40 days

Thank you .

Myself Started in Nebraska transferred to Vermont no notice and CS couldn't determine when.  PD 10/8/21 AR 2/20 . k3 receipt 3/15. My service center is Vermont. The fastest I have seen or heard thus far after AR is 3 weeks 4 days .But it's baffling how some as of lately get thru in under 60 days and others just sit and sit and wait for months and even years...thank you for your response and I'll update if I have anything .thanks again

If you're bored you can always look through all Vermont cases and see which cases filed K3s and when they got their NOA2.

Currently the majority of cases receive AR after 5 months then  NOA2 between 250-260 days BUT a lot of cases get their NOA2 between 180-200 days... ( did the earlier cases file K3s)?  I've seen several cases on VJ (from Vermont) get NOA2 from day 180 and then upwards...

Yes, thank you. I think the frustration comes from no true system to gauge things. I read in a post a woman was telling the group that she seen that some people AFTER the AR filing k3 and getting approved in one week to 30 days but I just read that, I didn't ask her anything and I didn't see anyone or anything to substantiate that, but so far what I've seen is 24 days to 32 days , but tyvm. I hope we both have our answers soon. Please keep me posted and I'll do the same thanks again

260 days isn't bad

now,  get your ducks in a row and be ready for the NVC process

hoping u don't have a long wait for the interview

Thanks! Was looking at Vermont approvals on VJ so knew there was a good chance we would get approval between days 250-260.

This weekend will be spent sorting out documents and PCC should arrive on Monday.

After DQ it takes between 50-70 days to interview. Interview dates are sent out mid month...

CONGRATULATIONS @Kor2USA wishing you all the best for the rest of the process

Thank you so much! I'm happy we got approved but really wish there was more method to the madness and approvals happened in order of submission and service center wasn't a factor. The uncertainty is extremely anxiety inducing.
