Hey Guys , 

 

Unable to Add a New Customer(https://row1.vfsglobal.com/IHCUSPostalAppointment/Applicant/AddApplicant) in VFS , I tried the Newly Generated OCI number from  Govt OCI website And I tried giving the OLD OCI 12 digit number 

both of them wont work ,Any one knows how to deal with it.

I have the same problem - how did you resolve it?

Yes , We just need to Update details in OCI portal and after couple of days later you can see the status , if the records were updated or not .

 

No need of sending any physical copies to VFS till the age 20.

I was running into the same error (i.e. "Government reference number is not valid. Please recheck if its correctly entered or belongs to the correct Consular Jurisdiction").

 

When I waited for 2 days, I didn't see the error any more.

Even when I try to print the application using "Re-print submitted application" I am getting this "

It seems that the File Reference Number you are providing doesn't belong to you..

 

 

how to resolve this?
