Like Seriously I don't Understand USCIS. I submitted my my application for i751 on 02/08/2021. Had my Biometrics on August 08/23/2021. September Case change from we received your app for removal of condition on 02/08/2021 to we receive you app for removal of condition on 03/22/2021.  On  December I see an update that as of 11/24/2021  we are ready to schedule an appointment for interview. I decid3d to file for N400 instantly I received a receipt number and 2 days later appointment for Biometrics. Today I decided to check online for my i751 I noticed that it has changed from As of 11/24/2021 to as of 03/02/2022 we are ready to schedule your appointment  for interview. Seriously I am confused. Has anyone expirence this? Why are they changing my dates but nothing is moving  faward? Have you had a situation like this?

Happens all the time.

Find something to do. Worrying about USCIS will kill you😁

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

When they are ready to do your interview for naturalization you will get interviewed for both. Relax and let the wheels turn. They have 2 speeds .... slow and stop.

We filed my wife's  I-751 in March of 2019.....

1..In May of 2019, she had her biometrics, and the status changed to "As of May 29, 2019, Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview".

2.  Then, in August of 2021, it changed to "As of August 1, 2021, Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview".

3.  Now, the status is "As of February 1, 2022, we are ready to schedule your Form I-751........."

In a couple weeks, my wife will be able to file her N-400 under the 5 year rule....which we are going to do.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Oh wow. I see, they are trying to handle my case in a similar way. We filed N400 already 3 years rule and we are having our Biometrics on 03/21/2022
