RFE sent but no received email or update!!

Dear Friends, We sent RFE on July 9, its 3 days now and there is no updates or a receipt email. Is this normal or should I contact National Benefits Center?

I wouldnt worry too much, from your signature you have confirmation that your RFE has been delivered to Missouri, it takes a few days for your status to be updated. I'd expect you'll hear something in the next few days.

They can take some time acknowledging that they got your RFE so just be patient. You know that it was physically received so just sit and wait and they will tell you in time that they got it.

I don't think they normally notify you if they received the documentation requested unless there is still something missing. They will probably now move your petition back into the process. We didn't hear anything about Claudeth's AOS for about a month after they received it. Good luck

we got an RFE too back in april and we didnt got any receipt in mail but just an online update maybe a couple of weeks after we sent it... so nothing to worry about yet...
