Hi All.. I had 4-5 arrests, all non-violent/none drug related. All dumb theft from 30 plus years ago. Anyway, are online records acceptable for I129 form or must they come from the arresting jurisdiction? Thank you!

Forgot to mention this is for the beneficiary record. I reside in the US.

This is a bit confusing.

The arrests are for the USC petitioner?   Or are the arrests for the foreign national fiance?

And is the beneficiary currently in the US?

You cannot do a K1 fiance visa (I-129F)

K1 is for fiances living abroad.  And the petition has to be submitted by a USC.

In this case, you will need a printout of your arrest records.  The K1 is a paper based application and will need physical copies of all required evidence/attachments.

EDIT:. And as far as I am aware, you will need official copies of the arrest records.  I defer to others with direct experience with this.

Yes, I understand that. The question is whether I need an actual courthouse police record or will one of those online pay sites for the police record suffice? I don't see the courthouse type as a requirement when answering for non-violent or drug related arrests. 4b arrest info.
