My question is I added my 3 son's all under 18 as applicants on the ECAC. Will become citizens or greencard holders as me

After you and your sons enter the US with your immigrant visas, you all will immediately become green card holders.  Your sons can become US citizens if you naturalize before they turn 18 years old, or if they themselves naturalize after they turn 18.

Just to clarify --  your father is a US citizen and he petitioned for you for an F-1 vIsa -- unmarried daughter over 21 years of age, right?  If so, the above information is correct.  (If you were unmarried and under the age of 21 and your father was a US citizen when he filed the petitiion for you, the answer would be different).
