You have good past income.  Tax returns are about the past.  If you still have that job, then your current income will be your gross annual salary, not a number from any tax return.  Use your pay stub as documentation and calculate your current income as your gross for a full pay period times the number of pay periods in a year.  Most common is every two weeks, so that would be times 26.  Twice a month is 24 etc.

 

Yes, that's plenty of income.
