Just about the average for March 2022 filers per the VJ algorithm.

as of now,

2974  untouched for February.

2487 untouched for January

<1000 for December  2021

So if the USCIS can keep a pace of 800 cases processed each week, we should probably see a lot of March cases being processed by early May? And if they could somehow speed up even more to around 1,200 cases per week, we could see March being worked on by early-mid April. This is really exciting

That’s where my math took me as well. Super exciting! Let’s see how well USCIS does this month.

So VJ algorithm supersedes uscis estimated date? which one, in your expertised, we should count on?

Good question.  The VJ estimates come from data entered by members, so you have to consider the small sample size ,  But my personal experience shows USCIS estimates make no sense at all, sometimes.  As of today, the VJ average for K-1 processing time at CSC is 15.1 months.

My estimate changed yesterday to:  April 29, 2023 and May 5, 2023!  Wouldn't THAT be amazing?  (My NOA date is March 2nd)

Do you have the whatsapp group link?

I went back to look for the post with the link and I guess it was actually a WhatsApp group link for September/October filers. Can still ask maybe. https://chat.whatsapp.com/KltAm23lE6IIcS2sOpk2e1

I-129 F Sent -  March 28, 2022

I-129 F Received - March 31st, 2022 (NOA-1)

I-129 F - Notice Date - April 4th 2022

Hello stumbled on this site while patiently waiting for updates on my application. Missed a signature initially but quickly resubmitted and got my notice last year.

Recently filed for an expedite request. Confusing process the uscis page does not have a submission for it and the contact number robot did not allow me to either. Ended up chatting w/ a live agent pleading case but it was denied within 2 hours of submittal!

So now just waiting. My case was that my fiance has important submittals for Usmle due in September and our original timeline was 7 months which has been pushed to 15.5 now. I argued substantial financial loss but they did not agree.

Good luck everyone and hoping for updates soon!

It's still a bit early for March, I was given a script but have been unable to make it work on my laptop and feel a bit like an idiot ....

I run the script for January. DM me, I can try to help you out.
