They said beneficiary is not qualify for visa....I think it's mainly bec we met onces n got engaged...bec our relationship is real...we have evidence n all pics everything she refused to even take a look at it...

Can you share what was checked on the 221g?

Sounds like the visa was denied and you'll have to start over (probably need to get married).

@JeanneAdil knows about proving bonafide relationship after denial.

@Dataunavailable has also had a K1 denied.

You should also be aware Nigeria is a high fraud country so it is a good idea to front load you evidence for the next petition as you've already seen COs won't always look at the extra evidence you provide at interview.

it will change to denied as you do not qualify at this time for a visa

if u decide to continue as a couple , the best course is for the USC  and u to marry and apply for the spouse visa

good luck  to u both

it would be best if the American joined the site or talk on this profile as USC needs to know the process for spouse visa and the Red flag issues to help get u 2 thru to a visa approval

I would make sure you spend more time together before you marry. Nothing to stop you marrying.

Is OP going through Nigeria?

Me and my now wife had 2 K1 denials, that's correct, so we just recently got married here in Cambodia a few weeks ago. It's really the only option for getting her with me in the states now.

Thank u....it's sad bec our job schdule doesn't allow us to take long vacations together....

My job doesn't either, I saved up all my time off for the start of this year, and came a month to Cambodia.

I knew we were getting married, so I just saved up all my vacation that I could and also asked my work for some unpaid time off, that's also an option you could possibly go, unpaid time off if you can afford it.

I wouldn't do another K1, just marry, but spend more time together before marrying immediately after a K1 denial.

u got the K1 results

they gave u your passport and a 221g denial letter for not qualified for a visa

u can marry anytime but u will need strong proof of the relationship

like more time spent together

most americans get a 2 week vacation

use it to meet again

then follow up next year with a marriage

and by the time your interview happens in say 2024 the USC can have a couple more 2 week vacations to be with u

and sorry your work schedules interfere with getting to know each other but spending time is the only way u can really know a person

and the next interview will be based on how well u know every little and big thing about the USC

BTW

Do u have any red flags?

like big age difference

family does not approve

she can't have children

OR any of the others mentioned in the following site
