I-130 Supporting Documents for my Stepchild

Hello members,

 

I am a USC and applying AOS for my wife and stepdaughter.  I have some questions about what to include in my minor stepdaughter's I-130 package.   I just finished my wife's AOS package and working on my stepdaughter's AOS.

 

In my wife's AOS I-130 package, I have:

I-130 form

I-130a form

copy of my passport

copy of her passport

marriage certificate

other documents supporting a bonafide marriage

 

As for my stepdaughter, I think I should have:

I-130 form

copy of my passport

copy of her passport

her birth certificate showing her mom's name

marriage certificate showing me and her mom

 

Is that it for my stepdaughter's I-130 package?  What else should I include?
