I entered to the usa by newark airport on oct 02, 2021 and i didnt receive my GC, my ss arrived one week after my entry and my case status shows that is being produced since december 10, i have been trying to send e-request, leave messages on the online account inbox, i called them, i have been doing anything, because the stamp that the CBP put on my passport was literally INVISIBLE, it looks like the stamp didnt have enough ink and i have been here for about 5 months and couldnt do ANYTHING, neither a driver license or create a bank account, i just need help.

Things to try in order:

1. Go to a CBP deferred inspection station and ask for a better stamp.

2. Call USCIS, say Info Pass, and request an appointment for an I-551 stamp

With 1 or 2 you can then go to state motor vehicles agency to get state ID or drivers license. That plus your SS card lets you get a job, open a bank account, file tax returns, etc.

3. Call USCIS, say Info Pass, and request a tier 2 officer to call you regarding the status of your green card.

4. File I-90 to replace your green card if the tier 2 officer says your card was sent.  See

for how to get the card replaced for free.

I did it, i wrote to CBP, because i dont have a near office, i called to uscis too and nothing happen, they didnt call me, but they sended my an e-mail letting me know that my request was received. Thats the reason why i am so tired, because i have been trying everything, i felt like unarmed because i thought that was not only my case, i thought that other people have been living the same issues, but no, i saw dozens of people here who has received their GC

So you’ve called USCIS said “info pass” and asked for a tier 2 officer?

If it has been more than 30 hours, then DHS ombudsman. After that fails, contact your state’s federal senators and your congressional district’s representative. After that fails  you will need an attorney to sue USCIS to comply with the administrative procedures act.
