I-130 Part 2: Physical address shows up twice

In the I-130 Form, it looks like the physical address shows up 2x, don't know if anyone else has this issue as well.

In Part 2 Information about you, once I complete my mailing history and say yes I am at current address. The next online form question is what is my physical address history.  I enter that information, which is same as mailing history.  However, once I print preview the form, I see 2 physical address entries.  Physical Address 1 is auto feed from mailing address, however its missing From & To dates.  My previously entered physical address history shows up as Physical Address 2 with the correct dates.  Is there any way to fix this?  Sorry for the confusion.

I think this question in Part 2 feeds automatically to Physical Address 1, but does not allow me enter dates.  "11. Is your current mailing address the same as your physical address? Yes No If you answered "No" to Item Number 11., provide information on your physical address in Item Numbers 12.a. -"

Thanks
