Trying to start gathering the evidence and materials to have handy ahead of time, or at least have it in mind.

1) I've read people mentioned to submit application physically if possible. Is there any reason for that vs the digital? piggy back question, I've seen people say they submit I-130, I- 131, I- 765, I- 485 and even some others together. Is that the smart thing to do? Or am i misreading what's going on and they're submitting 1 at a time as they are asked?

2) My spouse and I speak in spanish, do I have to translate any evidence I may have to english and submit both the translated copy and original copy of all documents/receipts and all of that? Or do i just point out key facts in them?

3) I know the K-3 generally get's canned but because my future spouse (we're getting married next week) doesn't have a tourist visa, I figure I at least give it a shot. But on that note, if the K-3 asks for files that the I-130 is already asking, do I just copy paste them for the K-3? or should I manually organize the evidence separately for the K-3?

4) I've also read is a red flag to submit an application quickly after marriage, well In my case as a bonus i'm getting married after being divorced recently. (I got divorced in january), Would this have any impact even if i'm thorough on my evidence? or should i just be extra thorough ?

5) In relation to question 4, personally it doesn't make sense for people to marry and not try to move in together but w/e since the  divorce wasn't instant and then you go through the divorce process, i started dating my now fiance in the middle of those overall 11 months (separation + divorce) would that personally bother them? It will definitely show I was dating her while the divorce wasn't finalized.

6) Should I include my financial spending in the relationship as evidence? At the moment i'm taking care of her and myself the last 6 months. So i pay her bills, and the visits along with my own bills. Should I include that as part as this is a serious relationship?

7) The trips to visit her. Do I include my own travel to her country? or would they only care for things that have both our names together? also all the stamps in my passport to visit her?

8 ) since our relationship is mostly long distance, we mostly use Whatsapp & skype to talk to each other. But we do share things on social media like instagram/facebook/ & tiktok. What part of those should we focus on providing? The love texts? regular  conversations? a screen of the audios? screens of all the phone calls which would take too many pages... ? If providing a physical copy should everything be made in color?

9) Do i provide evidence of gifts i've given her and she's given me?

10) Love letters/e-mails: while these are personal she's sent me then via E-mail (she refuses to write a physical one, long story) do I include these? if so? translated?

11) Since we do want to live together I managed to get a credit card under her name so we at least have 1 account of something with both our names. And when I travel there we're going to see if we can open up a savings account together in her country to have something going over there aswell. Should we bother including that or nah ?

12) My hand writing is probably the worst most people have seen, can I just type in anything I would have to write down like notes and just place it in the packet? Or should I get assistance in writing things if i'm not confident the person looking at my packet could read my sloppy mess?

For CR1/IR1 you need to submit the I-130 and I-130a.  I recommend you file online

The I-131, I-765 and I-485 are for people who are adjusting status.  These have to be submitted on paper, so many people also submit the I-130 on paper as well.

I don't recommend filing the K3, which just adds something unnecessary to USCIS workload, but ultimately it's your choice.  Join the CR1/IR1 progress tracking group for your month/year when you file and let us know here on VJ if it had any impact on your petition.

P.S.

Did you read the CR1/IR1 guide here on VJ?  If not, I suggest you to check it out.  Ignore the "mail the I-130" part.  The guide was written before the online I-130 option.

Also, here's the I-130 FAQs:

I've just seen a lot of people on here and even on reddit recommend people file Physically. I was assuming at some point there might have been issues or problems with it electronically or the odds of it being processed faster favor physical copy vs digital. But i really don't know.

spouse is still in Columbia and u married per Utah zoom in february,  right?

consummate the marriage and file the spouse visa

not I 485 and I 765

u r not adjusting status

i would file all online as that doesn't require the wet signature on I 130a for the spouse

You are over thinking in my opinion.  If you marry via Zoom, you cannot file the I-130 until after meeting after the wedding.  You will have to show evidence that you were in the same place after the wedding ceremony.  Forget the K-3 nonsense.  Your best evidence for the I-130 will be your legal marriage certificate and evidence of time actually spent together.  Good luck.

okay, and we'll be together for the wedding everyone else will just be seen via Zoom so that part we don't have to worry about.

No harm doing a k3 I think I probably would but with no expectations

I haven't yet read later responses, but.  I recommend filing the I-130 on paper, by mail or courier.  My reason is because there are still bugs in the online form.  It works though, so to each it's own.

One does not "file a K3".  I presume the OP means filing the I-129F.  When you do, you submit the evidence again, but because the I-129F for spouse is going to get administratively closed anyway, I would file it with just he minimum REQUIRED supporting documentation.

The reason I WOULD file the I-129F is that SOMETIMES when they pull the files, to close the I-129F, they go ahead and approve the I-130 while it's in front of them.  This can save several months in the process, or save nothing.

The OP would be well advised to study the CR1 visa guide here on VJ, and become an A Student of the instructions for the forms they will actually file.
