Hello, my fiance is from Guatemala and lives there now, but for a couple of year he did live in Honduras. Our case is currently on the way to the embassy in Guatemala for his interview, and we are preparing documents.  He needs to obtain a police record from his years he lived in honduras, but lives very far from there now and can't easily travel there with covid restrictions and work.  how can he obtain those records?  It was very simple for Guatemala, everything could be done online.  But we can't seem to be able to do that for Honduras - even though there is a link on the Honduras digital documents website - you can't get to the police records section.  here is the website for honduras - that we are looking at - and it shows police records as an option for digital records - but the link doesn't work.  https://gobiernodigital.gob.hn/?q=Tramites-Disponibles

Any help or suggestions?

Have you tried the options discussed in the US State Department website (https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Visa-Reciprocity-and-Civil-Documents-by-Country/Honduras.html)?

They have a different link for requesting the police certificate:  https://www.serviciospoliciales.gob.hn/.   And, if that doesn't work for some reason, they also discuss how someone in Honduras can get one on his behalf.
