I would hope that USCIS would allow anyone with a Ukrainian fiance to now file for an expedited application. But knowing USA, that probably wont happen. My fiancee is Serbian but I can't help but feel sorry for those who are in Ukraine and might have to suffer consequences from the current events.

Expedites are not going to happen.

 

Didn't happen in 2014 when war broke out.  Unlikely to happen now.

 

The US Embassy in Kyiv has not conducted routine consular activities since 2/12/2022.  Staff has been evacuated.  Not likely to restart anytime soon.

Any petitioner, whether their beneficiary is Ukrainian or not, is allowed to request for expedite.  Whether they are approved or not is another matter.  Unfortunately, it seems that those requesting for expedite due to the situation in Ukraine are not getting approved --
