I been for interview more than 2 weeks ago.!

Something is wrong with your counting. Your timeline says the interview was Feb. 25 which isn’t even 1 week ago. If they got your medical “next day” it would have been Monday, 28-Feb that they could have looked at it. That was only 3 days ago. They don’t always jump right back on your case the day your medical arrives. You more or less got out of the queue by not having everything in place for the interview. Now you wait on them to have time to back track to your pending case. The date change can mean someone uploaded the medical to your file, but it doesn’t mean an officer has reviewed it yet. Check again Monday and if ceac still says pending, email them using their form https://uk.usembassy.gov/visas/iv-contact_form/
