Hi. Is there anyone else who filed an I751 in - or about - Feb/2021, who is stuck at the biometrics states point, and only received extension letters? I have 2 ... the first was for 18 months, and the 2nd was for 24 months. I would have thought that if there was any sort of problem,  a RFE would have been issued. I start a new job on Monday,  and hope and pray that a 2 year card that expired in May/2021, and a 24 month extension letter - matters. This is a dream job, 2nd only to my wife - who is also a dream come true.

If you have an expired 2yr GC and a valid extension letter, you have proof of your LPR status to show any future employer.  If your extension letter is about to expire, then you have to go to USCIS and get an ADIT (I551) stamp.  Unfortunately, ROC/I751 does not seem to be a high priority to USCIS and this stage appears to take a long time for most people.

Good Luck!

There are a lot of us stuck at the same point.  We have a thread and there's a google sheet.  The thread and the sheet may help give you an idea on when you could expect to see your approval.

Example: LIN filers who filed in January have started getting approvals again, so those of us in February are HOPING we'll get something in the next month or so.  🤞
