I created an account  and now I see following message in there.. What is this mean?

"

On March 10, 2022, we received your response to our request for additional information regarding expedite processing of your Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e), Receipt Number WACxxx. Your request has been forwarded to an officer for review. We will notify you if we need something from you. "

I called on Friday (3/4) and they told me I will have response in 7 days. I did not sent anything today, not sure why it says March10th they received the response.

My fiancee is pregnant and her due date is in June. I am still waiting for response to my expedited request. Assuming that if that gets approved, do you think she can make it to the USA for the delivery? She is in Germany now and a good Samaritan couple decided to host her for now.

Things are super unclear so far regarding dates. Maybe she might be able to expedite locally because of her unique circumstances.

However, if I remember correctly, many airlines won't let you fly late in pregnancy. There could be a cut-off point where she'd have to stay where she is. Germany's supposed to have a good healthcare system though, so I wouldn't worry too much. Much health and love to the mama & kiddo!

Cutoff for international travel ranges between 24-28 weeks.

Hopefully she's able to travel to you! But I would start making arrangements in Germany just to be safe.

So just an update on my end -- I received an RFE notice today through the Lawfully app. I still haven't received the actual physical document with instructions by mail. Should I be concerned? I'm just wondering what they are going to want on our end.

No way to tell until you receive a letter.

Are you positive you signed all the forms and sent all the required documents?

I wouldn't stress over it right now too much: from what you posted - it doesn't sound like you have any red flags so hopefully it's something minor that you can respond to right away. Hope your fiancé is safe!

Hi  Like a lot of people I want to pursue the expedite request.  I keep calling and get the robooperator and she only gives me the option of getting a text or an email but not an option to talk to someone.  When people are filing for the expedite request - is there a paper form on online form that you are completing and submitting or it is getting someone on the phone and just stating that you are requesting to expedite your application?

Infopass is the magic word to get an Operator. You may wish to consider asking your Congress Representative to assist.

Update on my case: we got approved today!

The timeline so far:

02.03 - request for expedite

04.03 - request granted

17.03 - case approved

Now, onto NVC... :)
I still have no idea how the timeline will look regarding NVC - Interview booked - Visa on hands. What happens with medical is also a bit worrying, since my vaccination card is dusty old Soviet-style piece of paper, which I can barely read myself. I'm in Paris currently and the information page for french medical says that my family doctor should sign off each vaccine I received and put corresponding dates - I don't even know where my doctor is at the moment. Guess we'll figure it out as it comes.

Congratulations! Happy to hear yours was approved now I will be patiently waiting for the decision on mine.

Hi all!

Our expedite request was also approved, and last week we received an RFE. Thankfully we only needed to answer a couple questions that we initially had left blank (accidentally), and our response is already on the way to USCIS. Will the status of our case be updated on the website once they receive our mail? Or the next status change is going to be only upon approval? Just want to be sure they have received it.
Thank you, and wish you all a speedy and smooth process!
