Tourist Visa Fee Slip, No amount was printed

So I printed the slip that my mom has to pay for her Visa Fee at RCBC bank in the Philippines, they sent her home because it has no amount printed on the slip of how much she needs to pay. What could be the problem? Or was that intended?

Did you get the payment slip from the official site?

Assuming she's applying for a B1/B2 visa, only that link generates an official payment slip for US visas.

Odd.  The official one clearly shows the fee amount in PHP at the box on the top.  Which specific "official site" did you use for the deposit slip that was rejected?
